Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated personal Trainer to join our team. Working under the supervision of the Fitness Manager, the Personal Trainer will deliver high quality, personalized training sessions while creating an exceptional experience for our members and Hotel X guests.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one pr semi-private personal training sessions tailored to each member’s individual goals, fitness level, abilities and experience.
- Conduct initial fitness assessment to understand clients’ goal, needs and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized training programs designed to help members achieve their specific fitness, strength, mobility, weight management, or performance goals.
- Follow all facility policies, safety procedures and standards established by the club.
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance and punctuality.
- Support club events, fitness initiatives and promotional activities.
Group Fitness Opportunities
Personal Trainers who hold current and appropriate certification for group fitness classes offered at 10XTO may have opportunities to substitute or trach group fitness classes when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 18 years of age.
