Role Overview
In your role as Personal Shopper Assistant, you will support the Personal Shopping team in managing client requests and delivering a seamless luxury experience.
You will play a key role in handling incoming client leads, supporting sourcing requests, and assisting with in-store purchases, ensuring efficiency and service quality across all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming client inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
Support Personal Shoppers with client requests and follow-ups
Visit boutiques and shopping malls to source and purchase items as required
Assist in coordinating orders and ensuring smooth client communication
Maintain a high level of client service aligned with Sands standards
Work closely with the Personal Shopping team to support day-to-day operations
Base Salary
AED 4,000 per month
Performance Adjustment
Based on consistent strong performance and overachievement, salary may be increased to AED 5,000 per month
Visa
Visa will be processed after successful completion of a 1-month trial period
Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury, client-facing role
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong communication skills and ability to handle clients professionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
