The Role

  • As a Personal Shopper at Sands UAE, you will be responsible for managing and growing a high value client portfolio through personalised luxury sourcing and concierge level service.
  • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning client relationships end to end while working closely with the Head of Personal Shopping and internal support teams to deliver commercial and service excellence.
  • As a key ambassador of the Sands brand, you will build long term relationships with high net worth clients, driving client loyalty, retention, and revenue through highly personalised service and access to exclusive luxury products and experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop the Sands client base (portfolio of 300+ Collector clients) through relationship led engagement, reactivation, and onboarding of new high value clients.
  • Leverage your existing client network to drive immediate and long term revenue growth.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional service standards aligned with Sands' luxury client experience expectations.
  • Lead the sourcing of luxury products across fashion, watches, jewellery, and lifestyle categories, including navigating brand restrictions, regional availability, and limited supply.
  • Retain and reactivate clients through tailored follow ups, exclusives, and access to rare and limited pieces.
  • Confidently identify opportunities to increase client lifetime value through cross selling, upselling, and personalised recommendations.
  • Build meaningful client relationships through regular outreach, clienteling activities, and highly personalised communication.
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, including client preferences, interactions, purchase history, and engagement opportunities.
  • Stay informed on global luxury trends, key designers, emerging brands, and market movements relevant to your client base.
  • Create personalised product selections, edits, and recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and purchasing behaviour.
  • Represent Sands at client appointments, luxury events, networking opportunities, and brand activations when required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Personal Shopping to align individual performance with wider commercial objectives and business growth initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, luxury concierge, or clienteling.
  • An existing client book with strong relationships across the Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within a luxury environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, watches, jewellery, and lifestyle categories.
  • Demonstrated ability to source exclusive and hard to find products for high value clients.
  • Commercially minded with strong client retention, acquisition, and relationship building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong CRM discipline.
  • Confident working independently within a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Passionate about luxury, client experience, and building long term relationships.
