Responsibilities
- Ensure the business complies with local company laws and regulations (e.g. Companies Act, filing deadlines, licenses)
- Maintain statutory registers (e.g. register of members/shareholders, directors, charges)
- File annual returns, handle offshore transactions and other documents with regulator
- Organize board and shareholders’ meetings
- Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and circulate them
- Maintain company records, handle transactions to BVIs, Singapore, Mauritius, etc and maintain share certificates and transfer documents
- Provide high level administrative and personal support to senior executives
- Manage corporate events, meetings, and special functions
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in running C level administration offices and managing operations
- Minimum 5 7 years’ experience in C Level as a Personal Assistant
- Communication in English is an absolute must

Role Overview
- Role: Personal Secretary (reporting to the Chairman)

- Salary AED 8,000 all inclusive.
- We are hiring for a Personal Secretary for the Holding Group in Dubai. He must have a strong background in handling administrative and compliance role.
Core Responsibilities
- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring the business complies with local company laws and regulations (e.g. Companies Act, filing deadlines, licenses).
- Maintaining statutory registers (e.g. register of members/shareholders, directors, charges).
