Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Arabic language proficiency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and official documents
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings
Maintain office filing systems and documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Provide personal assistance and support as required
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment
