- Conduct initial client assessments to determine fitness levels, goals, and health considerations
- Design and implement customized EMS based training programs aligned with individual client needs
- Monitor client progress through regular performance evaluations and adjust programs accordingly
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols during all training sessions
- Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and support to enhance client engagement and adherence
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience
- Stay current with industry trends, EMS technology advancements, and best practices in fitness training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Valid Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in personal training with demonstrated expertise in EMS based training systems
- In depth knowledge of exercise physiology, functional training, and EMS technology applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills
- Ability to adapt training programs based on client feedback and progress
- Professional demeanor with strong commitment to safety, ethics, and client service
- Proficiency in English (required); Arabic language skills (preferred)
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
