About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities based on demand forecasts
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing and labeling inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Assist in implementing inventory management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
