Driving and Transport
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for the employer and designated individuals.
- Drive to appointments, meetings, errands, and recreational activities.
- Plan routes ahead to avoid delays and reach destinations on time.
Vehicle Maintenance and Care
- Check fuel, oil, water, lights, brakes, tire pressure, and other vehicle conditions.
- Schedule routine servicing and maintenance as required.
- Maintain the vehicle's interior and exterior cleanliness.
Safety and Compliance
- Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety standards.
- Ensure passengers wear seat belts and follow safety protocols.
- Monitor road conditions, construction, and detours.
Customer Service and Professionalism
- Handle personal and sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
- Run errands and carry items or luggage when requested.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and other required records.
- Communicate with the employer about schedules, trip confirmations, and changes.
