Assistant Confectioner supporting the creation of high-quality confections and cake products.
The role requires precision, attention to detail, and consistent product quality.
Confectionery Production
- Create cake designs according to customer specifications.
- Prepare and bake cake batter, frosting, and fillings.
- Decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, and edible decorations.
- Provide recommendations and ideas for cake designs.
Quality and Inventory
- Maintain presentation, quality, and consistency across baked goods.
- Conduct taste tests and quality checks.
- Assist with inventory levels for baking supplies and ingredients.
- Store and handle materials to preserve freshness and quality.
Kitchen Standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
