Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Advise the bank, as data controller or processor, and employees on obligations under the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable laws.
• Serve as the first point of contact for authorities and individuals whose personal data is processed.
• Implement Saudi data protection law, implementation regulations, and regulations governing transfers outside the Kingdom.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities while identifying, assessing, and monitoring processing risks.
• Lead data protection impact assessments, recommend corrective actions, and ensure privacy risk mitigation measures are implemented.
• Coordinate the identification, reporting, and management of personal data incidents and breaches.
• Report privacy compliance status to top management and oversee corrective measures for violations and non-compliance.
• Manage data subject rights requests, regulatory timelines, and records of requests.
