Role Overview
The Personal Concierge creates memorable hospitality experiences for VIP and long-stay guests.
The role manages guest needs and first impressions across the lobby, reception, and executive lounge.
The position is part of Hilton's hotel team and is full time.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and direct guests in the lobby.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests and brief relevant hotel departments.
- Collect guest feedback, answer queries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate amenities and support long-stay guests of six days or longer.
- Maintain consistently high service standards in reception, the lobby, and executive lounge.
- Explain hotel facilities and identify suitable upselling opportunities.
Operations and Coordination
- Develop seasonal lobby and reception decoration ideas.
- Track regular guests and coordinate rewards within the allocated budget.
- Maintain communication and working relationships across hotel areas.
- Maintain staffing levels to meet business demands.
- Attend reception and executive lounge meetings.
- Assist other departments when necessary.
