- Monitor grocery and kitchen stock requirements and prepare grocery lists
Requirements
- Previous experience as a private chef, household cook or similar role

- Well groomed, presentable, respectful and trustworthy
- Able to work independently, plan ahead and maintain an organised kitchen

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and dependable Live In Personal Chef to join a South Indian family household in Dubai.
- The role involves preparing healthy, nutritious, and flavourful daily meals for the family, with a strong understanding of South Indian food, non vegetarian cooking, and diabetic friendly meal preparation.
- The role also involves maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked kitchen.
Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for the family.
- Cook a variety of South Indian, Indian and selected international dishes.
- Prepare healthy, balanced and diabetic friendly meals as required.
- Plan menus in advance and bring variety to regular household meals.
- Adapt dishes to the family’s preferences while maintaining nutritional balance.
Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Stock Management
- Keep the kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean, organised and hygienic at all times.
- Follow safe food handling, storage and preparation practices.
- Monitor grocery and kitchen stock requirements, ensuring essential items are available.
- Check the freshness and quality of food items and minimise wastage.
- Prepare grocery lists in advance and coordinate requirements with the household.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a private chef, household cook or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and non vegetarian food preparation.
- Comfortable preparing healthy and diabetic friendly meals.
- High standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and food safety.
- Well groomed, presentable, respectful and trustworthy.

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
