Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Support mobility and transfer assistance to promote client safety.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred.
• Willingness to pass background checks.
