Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with health monitoring as directed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
• Flexible availability, including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.
