- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle correspondence
- Prepare documents and presentations, maintain files and records
- Ensure the CEO is briefed and prepared for meetings and events
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Safeguard confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a fast paced legal environment
- Organize office logistics for the CEO, track follow ups, and support special projects
Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Solid Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills
- Reliable Clerical Skills including document handling and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar applications)
- Previous experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in legal or professional services
- Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred

Role Description
- The Personal Assistant to the CEO is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This position supports the CEO with daily administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
- The role involves preparing documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and ensuring that the CEO is briefed and prepared for meetings and events.
- The Personal Assistant will act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, safeguarding confidentiality and prioritizing tasks.
- Additional responsibilities may include organizing office logistics for the CEO, tracking follow ups, and supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Solid Personal Assistance and Diary Management skills.
- Reliable Clerical Skills, including document handling and record keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
