Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s corporate client base, strengthening market presence, and generating sustainable revenue from leg

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and SME sectors in the UAE.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling additional legal services.
  • Develop partnerships with corporate service providers, business councils, and industry associations.
  • Enhance brand visibility within the UAE legal and corporate market.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Support management with insights into business growth strategies and maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven Business Development experience with a UAE based law firm (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of the UAE legal services market and corporate sector.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets and generating new client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, and business development strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
