- Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and meeting logistics
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Handle confidential matters professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Previous experience in construction, interior fit out, contracting, or corporate office administration preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong personality
- Ability to handle confidential information with full discretion
- Proficient in MS Office, emails, reports, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Able to work under pressure and follow up on tasks until completion

Job Overview
- We are looking for a professional, presentable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our team in a fast paced interior fit out company.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Previous experience in construction, interior fit out, contracting, or corporate office administration is preferred.
