About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP activities for fit out projects from initiation to final handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Review and manage MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Ensure all materials comply with project specifications, approved standards, and authority requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure timely approvals, inspections, and NOCs
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site progress
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority regulations, and HSE requirements
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare weekly/monthly management reports
- Resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues effectively
- Ensure successful project delivery within approved timeline, budget, and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE fit out experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings, material approvals, and authority approval processes
- Good knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations and approval procedures
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem solving abilities
