Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Personal Assistant.
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle clerical tasks as needed.
They will work closely with executive team members to optimize workflow, streamline communications, and ensure operational efficiency.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and effective Scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and Clerical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Experience working in high-paced environments; prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant is a plus
- Proficiency with productivity tools, including MS Office and scheduling software
