Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Legal Administrative Assistant.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining organized records.
The role requires frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appointments, and providing overall support to legal and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to maintain detailed and accurate records
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a legal or administrative role is a strong advantage
