Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated, organised, and professional Personal Assistant to support a high performing real estate agent at haus & haus.
  • This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, allowing the agent to focus on client meetings, negotiations, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the agent's diary, scheduling appointments, meetings, and viewings efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep the CRM and internal systems organised and up to date.
  • Proactively match buyers to suitable properties across the company database and reach out to relevant contacts to create new opportunities.
  • Identify potential buyer matches beyond the agent's own listings and connect qualified leads where appropriate.
  • Prepare and send monthly market reports to homeowners, including updates on recently sold and newly listed properties.
  • Liaise with conveyancers and assist with administrative tasks throughout the sales progression process.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the agent's workflow remains efficient and well organised.
