About the Role

- We're looking for a proactive and people friendly IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
- You'll work closely with departments across the company, helping users resolve hardware, software and network issues with clarity and confidence.
- It's a hands on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, great communication and a calm approach to solving problems as they come up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for technical queries, both in person and online
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and basic network issues
- Installing and configuring systems, software and devices
- Providing clear, step by step help for users who need support
- Logging and tracking issues, escalating where necessary
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers
- Managing access rights and system set up across departments
- Maintaining records of all IT assets and their current status
- Ensuring adherence to company policies around data protection and device security
