About the Role
Servco Facility Management is seeking a Personal Assistant who is an Arabic speaker to support the Chairman. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel.

- Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow up actions
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external partners
- Ensure timely flow of information to and from the Chairman’s office
- Adapt to changes smoothly including last minute adjustments or urgent executive requests
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Plan and coordinate local and international travel arrangements
- Organize events, conferences, and high level meetings
Requirements
- Arabic speaker
- Experience in executive support or personal assistance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
- Flexibility to adapt to last minute changes

Executive Support
- Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Event & Travel Management

- Ensure all logistics are seamless and aligned with protocol standards.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month
