- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential data
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred
- Candidates with their own visa / spouse visa are preferred
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
