Requirements
- Minimum of 5–15 years of trackable experience managing a busy automotive repair workshop
- Experience in the UAE/Dubai market is highly preferred
- Deep hands on knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and workshop equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong problem solving skills and a solid understanding of workshop financial KPIs

- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively with high profile clients.
- Results Driven: Strong problem solving skills and a solid understanding of workshop financial KPIs.
Pay
- AED15,000.00 AED20,000.00 per month
Education and Experience
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Automotive repair: 5 years (Required)
- Crew management: 5 years (Preferred)
