The role combines personal assistance with close protection and personal security for a principal and family members.
The position requires a service-oriented approach while protecting privacy, comfort, and lifestyle.
Security Responsibilities
- Provide close protection and personal security to the principal and family members when required.
- Maintain situational awareness and manage potential security risks and threats.
- Conduct security assessments, advance reconnaissance, route planning, and location checks.
- Protect the principal during domestic and international travel, including airports, hotels, events, and public engagements.
- Maintain residence security and monitor access for unauthorized or suspicious activity.
- Respond calmly to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, providing initial assistance when required.
Coordination and Service
- Coordinate security arrangements with drivers, household staff, security teams, local authorities, and other relevant personnel.
- Balance security requirements with a service-oriented approach that respects the principal's comfort, privacy, and lifestyle.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and integrity regarding personal and security information.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, working hours, travel requirements, and lifestyle needs.
Work Setting
- The role involves residences, hotels, venues, travel destinations, airports, transportation, events, and public engagements.
- Field travel and mobile security work are central to the position.
Requirements
