Empower & Advocate: Oversee a diverse caseload of up to 22 individuals, creating dynamic, individual-centered programs that support personal growth and independence.
Lead Annual Meetings & Assessments: Coordinate and present key assessments (CFA, POM, SIS), lead annual review meetings, and present before the Human Rights Committee.
Collaborate for Success: Build strong partnerships with Home Supervisors, families, guardians, and Service Coordinators to seamlessly drive admission dates and maintain regulatory compliance.
Coach & Innovate: Train direct care staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop innovative service methodologies.
Maintain High Standards: Monitor the quality of care provided and maintain clear, professional documentation.

Education: REQUIRED - Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of habilitative services, Intermediate Care Facilities state regulations, and behavior intervention techniques.
Certifications: QIDP certification (or state requirements), Med Aide 40, CPR/First Aid and Mandt certification required (if you do not have then required to obtain after hire).
