Spiniello is seeking an experienced Permit Coordinator to join our growing DC operations and play a critical role in supporting complex utility construction projects throughout the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.
This position offers the opportunity to become a key member of a collaborative project team responsible for managing the permitting process from initial application through final approval.
Working closely with Project Managers, schedulers, clients, and permitting agencies, the Permit Coordinator will help ensure projects move forward efficiently by securing the approvals necessary to keep construction on schedule.
Reporting directly to a Project Manager, this individual will oversee permit applications, coordinate with regulatory agencies, prepare traffic control plans, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the permitting process.
