We’re looking for dedicated professionals ready to support, advocate, and empower families as they work toward long-term stability and permanency.

In this impactful role, you will work directly with children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS and their families.

You’ll assess needs, develop plans, and coordinate services to help families safely reunify—or ensure every child achieves permanency in the most nurturing setting possible.

As a Permanency Case Manager, you will:

• Manage a caseload and guide families throughout the permanency process
• Assess child and family needs, safety concerns, and strengths
• Facilitate permanency planning and ensure safe, stable placements
• Conduct ongoing searches for potential Kinship placements
• Visit children and families monthly—or more often as needed
• Provide post-reunification support until court dismissal
• Partner with public and private agencies to coordinate services
• Prepare assessments, court reports, and provide testimony
• Maintain complete and accurate case documentation
• Prepare families for permanency through training and home visits
