• A bachelor’s degree in human services is required and two years' experience in child and family services preferred.

A Day in the Life:

As a Foster Care Worker, you will:

• Support children and families to ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments.
• Teach families vital skills such as emotion regulation, building healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing support, and guidance for them and the children in their care.
