Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and other platforms
- Manage app install campaigns, user acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
- Utilize CleverTap to support user engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, and campaign personalization
- Work with HubSpot to support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs and data insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and development teams to improve user acquisition funnels and conversion rates
- Monitor advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Stay up to date with latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying
- Strong hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and paid social platforms
- Proven experience using CleverTap and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, attribution, and user acquisition
- Experience analyzing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition funnels
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment
