  • We are looking for a results driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead user acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist (Media Buyer) to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and app growth.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, mobile app campaigns, attribution, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with CleverTap, HubSpot, Google Ads, and paid social advertising is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage app install campaigns, user acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Utilize CleverTap to support user engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, and campaign personalization.
  • Work with HubSpot to support marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs and data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, product, and development teams to improve user acquisition funnels and conversion rates.
  • Monitor advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
  • Strong hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and paid social platforms.
  • Proven experience using CleverTap and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, attribution, and user acquisition.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
