Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with experience in customer lifecycle marketing, CRM automation, and user engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize automated marketing journeys that enhance the user experience from onboarding through long term retention.
  • This role requires someone who is highly analytical, detail oriented, and passionate about using data and automation to create personalized experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys across the user lifecycle.
  • Develop onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re engagement campaigns.
  • Create personalized messaging across email, push notifications, in app messages, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize workflows to improve conversion and retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, audiences, and automation flows.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and development teams to improve user experiences.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and key lifecycle metrics.
  • Ensure CRM data quality and maintain marketing automation best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing automation and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Hands on experience with CleverTap and HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Experience creating behavioral segmentation and personalized communication campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and user behavior.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile app marketing and user engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation platforms with mobile apps or websites.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast paced technology environment.
