- Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys across the user lifecycle
- Develop onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and re engagement campaigns
- Create personalized messaging across email, push notifications, in app messages, SMS, and other communication channels
- Segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize workflows to improve conversion and retention
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, audiences, and automation flows
- Collaborate with product, marketing, content, and development teams to improve user experiences
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and key lifecycle metrics
- Ensure CRM data quality and maintain marketing automation best practices
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing automation and customer engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Hands on experience with CleverTap and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience creating behavioral segmentation and personalized communication campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and user behavior
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Role Overview
