- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with the help of performance marketing agency
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining strong KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance
- Analyze data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns
- Track and report performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in handling performance marketing
- Proven experience working with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Strong track record of achieving high CTRs, optimized CPAs, and strong ROAS
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Must have:
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market
- Exposure to lead generation and membership-based business models
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
