Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
- Prepare, compile, and maintain reports, presentations, and business documents
- Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Assist in monitoring and following up on projects and operational tasks
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
