About the Role
Edenred UAE seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own the B2B lead generation engine. You will define strategy, manage paid and organic channels, and optimize the full funnel from lead to sales-qualified opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Own the lead generation strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and experiment pipeline
- Define and manage the channel roadmap across paid, organic, referral, and partner channels
- Build and manage a performance measurement system with KPIs for each stage of the lead lifecycle
- Implement structured A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, ad creatives, targeting, and lead capture flows
- Own the end to end lead funnel from first touch to sales qualified opportunity
- Define lead stages, qualification SOPs, and conversion targets in Salesforce
- Create and ship campaigns across paid, email, landing pages, and lead capture tools
- Establish a formal Sales and Marketing operating rhythm with SLAs, lead acceptance criteria, and bi weekly reviews
- Own the lead generation budget with full accountability for allocation, spend efficiency, and ROI
- Build and maintain pipeline forecasting models connecting marketing spend to expected revenue outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Proficiency with paid acquisition platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Bing Ads
- Experience with email automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
- Experience building and managing landing pages for conversion optimization (Instapage, Unbounce, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to work with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC market

- You will own the full lead generation system: strategy, budget, measurement, execution, and the operating rhythm between Marketing and Sales.

How Your Success Will Be Measured
- By 6 months: Fully onboarded, operating rhythm established, budget ownership, funnel audit with interventions, first A/B tests running.
- By 12 months: Measurable improvement in pipeline conversion, CAC trending down or stable, experiment pipeline working, segment playbooks operationalized.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM.
