About the Role
RNA Resources Group is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end digital growth for Shoemart's e-commerce ecosystem. The role involves driving performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels, managing budgets, and optimizing for ROAS and conversion.

Responsibilities
- Own GMV, NPBT, margin, and end to end funnel (traffic, conversion, AOV)
- Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize for ROAS, CAC, and conversion
- Drive high impact campaigns aligned to trading calendar
- Support launch and scale up of D2C platform
- Improve website conversion, UX journey, and engagement
- Drive repeat purchase and retention through lifecycle campaigns
- Support growth across marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Shein)
- Optimize listings, visibility, promotions, and campaign participation on marketplaces
- Leverage GA4 for attribution, funnel insights, and CRM led optimization
- Build segmentation, retention programs, and automated journeys
- Track performance across traffic, conversion, and revenue; run A/B testing
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing and digital growth
- Experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat advertising
- Experience in D2C e commerce scaling
- Strong analytical skills with GA4 and CRM tools
- Experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.) preferred

- Drive high impact campaigns aligned to trading calendar.
- D2C Business Scaling: Support launch and scale up of SMXStores.com.
- Blend brand and performance marketing for scalable growth.
- Improve website conversion, UX journey, and engagement.
- Drive repeat purchase and retention through lifecycle campaigns.
- Marketplace Growth: Support growth across Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, Shein.
- Optimize listings, visibility, promotions, and campaign participation.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to unlock growth opportunities.
- CRM & Retention: Leverage GA4 for attribution, funnel insights, and CRM led optimization.
