Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves developing and executing data-driven Performance Marketing campaigns on various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Social Media, and Display advertising.
The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media strategies to meet targeted performance goals, analyzing campaign metrics, and generating actionable insights to improve ROI.
They will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and technology teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and branding.
Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will oversee budget management and implement A/B testing strategies to identify and refine best practices over time.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Advertising, and Programmatic Campaigns.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Metrics Interpretation, and Budget Management.
- Experience with Paid Media Management tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B Testing, and Landing Page Optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Experience working in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Scale affiliate and partner channels with strong ROI focus
- Turn data into actionable insights, forecasting, and growth strategies
- Who you are:
- 10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital analytics
- Strong expertise in paid media, SEO/GEO, and attribution modeling
- Highly analytical with experience in CRO, data, and forecasting
- Familiar with luxury audiences and high-value conversion journeys
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
