Role Description
This is a part-time Performance Marketing Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home.
The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and email to drive audience growth, newsletter subscriptions, and engagement.
The role involves setting and managing performance KPIs, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to improve ROI.
The person in this role will manage budgets, perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages, and collaborate with editorial and product teams to align campaigns with content priorities and brand positioning.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include audience segmentation, marketing funnel optimization, reporting on key metrics to stakeholders, and staying current with digital marketing trends and platform best practices, particularly within media and sustainability-focused audiences.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition, including managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or programmatic networks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, or similar) to track KPIs, generate reports, and inform optimization decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, display, and email, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation to improve engagement and performance across the marketing funnel.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, basic CRM workflows, and lead nurturing approaches suitable for a media or content-driven organization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with editorial, design, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Familiarity or interest in sustainability, climate, or social impact topics, and an understanding of African markets or audience dynamics is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing roles.
