Role Description
This is a part-time Commercial Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.
The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial workflows, including sales pipeline tracking, client onboarding, contract administration, and revenue reporting.
The role involves coordinating with editorial, marketing, and partnerships teams to align commercial activities with SNA’s sustainability mission and content strategy.
Responsibilities include developing and refining operational processes, preparing performance dashboards, analyzing commercial data, and providing insight to optimize pricing, campaigns, and partner engagement.
The Commercial Operations Manager will also support customer relationship management, ensure prompt response to partner inquiries, and help identify new business opportunities and efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and coordination across teams.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret commercial data, build reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to maintain high partner satisfaction and retention.
- Sales skills, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and support for proposals and presentations.
- Experience in media, digital platforms, sustainability, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting or dashboarding software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a mission-driven, fast-evolving environment.
