The role:
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help execute and scale Coram's demand generation programs. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, moves fast, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
You'll work closely with our Demand Generation Lead on strategy while owning day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional projects. This is a role for someone who likes being in the details, launching campaigns, digging into performance, testing new ideas, and finding ways to use AI and automation to move faster and get better results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Connect performance across the full funnel, from search query and lead through opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and funnel data, identify performance gaps, and turn insights into clear actions that improve efficiency and results.
- Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and partner with designers, writers, developers, freelancers, and other teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Run structured experiments across messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Manage projects from brief through launch, owning timelines, dependencies, quality checks, and follow-through.
- Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work and allow the marketing team to execute and iterate faster.
- Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy development, creative ideation, and campaign optimization.
- Partner with marketing operations and technical teams to improve tracking, attribution, workflows, and data quality.
- Stay focused on the metrics that matter, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes—not vanity metrics.
