About the Role
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business results.
The role is based in Chembur, Mumbai and requires at least three years of performance marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and optimization.
- Run A/B tests for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze campaign data using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing or paid advertising experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- A strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Understanding of funnels, lead generation, and digital marketing metrics.
