Job Summary
Manage project billing, measurements, and cost tracking activities.
Prepare and verify bills, handle subcontractor payments, and maintain financial documentation aligned with contract terms and project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process RA bills, final bills, and variation claims.
- Take site measurements and prepare BOQs from drawings.
- Verify subcontractor bills and recommend payments.
- Track project costs against budgets and highlight deviations.
- Handle extra item rates, deviations, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and accounts teams.
- Assist with contract administration and claim documentation.
- Support audits and management reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in civil projects is mandatory.
- Seven years of experience as a Billing Engineer is required.
Pay
- Up to ₹80,000 per month.
