- Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, and ROI
- Create and test audiences, ad creatives, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign data using marketing and analytics tools
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation
- Strong hands on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Demonstrated ability to generate high quality leads at scale
- Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
- Experience with CRM systems, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization is preferred

- We are looking for an experienced and results driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive high quality real estate leads through digital marketing channels.
