Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial reports, and account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain VAT records while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations
- Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations and maintain required documentation
- Assist with monthly and year end closing activities
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CA Freshers or 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Dubai real estate industry
- Knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) preparation, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is preferred
- AML (Anti Money Laundering) knowledge or experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications
