About the Role
COCOBITES seeks a hands-on Performance Marketer / Growth Marketing Lead to own end-to-end paid acquisition and retention for its ecommerce platform. You will run campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads, manage email and WhatsApp flows, and optimize the Shopify store.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Own the full funnel — from acquisition through retention and retargeting — to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Build and manage email and WhatsApp marketing flows to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value
- Own the ad content plan: direct shoots, creative concepts, and AI generated content, bringing in freelancers or a small team as needed
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store for conversion
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages, and act on the results
- Build reporting dashboards and report against agreed KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate) with clear, honest numbers
- Collaborate closely with design, ecommerce, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with measurable results scaling ecommerce brands
- Hands on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
- Strong Shopify experience
- Proven ability to build retention/retargeting funnels, including email and WhatsApp
- Experience creating or directing ad content (shoots + AI tools)
- Data driven mindset with experience using GA4, attribution tools, and dashboards
- Must be able to share real results from real campaigns
- Currently based in the UAE, with regional market experience
- FMCG/CPG background strongly preferred; food or snacks industry experience a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

About the Role
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- You'll own performance marketing end to end for cocobites.ae — running paid acquisition across multiple platforms and building the retention engine that turns first time buyers into repeat customers.
- This is a hands on, high ownership role for someone who's scaled real ecommerce brands and can prove it with numbers.
