Role overview
Drive financial, operational, and compliance performance across multiple regions.
Partner with regional and EMEA leadership to align performance with strategic goals and deliver actionable insights.
Support governance, analytics, continuous improvement, and operational decision-making.
Financial and operational performance
- Lead collaboration to identify, track, and accelerate Variable Contribution Margin improvements.
- Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, analyse variances, and assess risks.
- Oversee performance against contractual deliverables, project milestones, and PMV completion.
- Support scenario analysis, business reviews, and data-driven decisions.
- Improve the operation and management of profit and loss statements.
Governance and operating model
- Track Service Operating Model metrics and promote governance tool adoption and issue resolution.
- Facilitate governance routines and performance reviews, highlighting trends and escalation areas.
- Partner with Service Operations, EHS, Finance, and HR leaders to standardise governance practices.
EHS and compliance
- Monitor EHS KPIs, flag concerns, and drive corrective actions.
- Promote a safety-first culture through cross-regional best practices and continuous improvement.
- Integrate EHS performance into regional scorecards and governance reviews.
Reporting and improvement
- Own regional performance dashboards and trackers and ensure data integrity and transparency.
- Develop standardised reporting packs covering financial, operational, and EHS metrics.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities across performance domains.
- Coach stakeholders on performance tools and governance disciplines.
Stakeholder engagement
- Advise regional and EMEA leadership with performance insights and recommendations.
- Communicate performance results, risks, and opportunities consistently.
- Build relationships that support alignment and joint ownership of outcomes.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or service operations in a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience with remote or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
- Service delivery or field operations experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working with profit and loss statements is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
Travel
- Travel is expected for approximately 25% of the role.
