Role Overview
- As the Performance Lead you will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, analyzing service delivery metrics, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting continuous operational excellence across Studio Operations.
- The role provides data driven insights, workforce analytics, performance reporting, and operational readiness assessments to support management decision making and long term operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular operational performance reports, dashboards, KPI monitoring and tracking, and trend analysis for Studio Operations management, identifying risks and gaps.
- Evaluate workforce utilization, shift effectiveness, resource allocation, and operational capacity to optimize efficiency and support business requirements.
- Track service quality indicators, production incidents, technical disruptions, and operational escalations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor implementation of corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Managers and Team Leaders to improve workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance service delivery.
- Support workforce development initiatives by identifying training needs, competency gaps, succession planning requirements, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Support operational capacity planning, workforce forecasting, and readiness assessments to ensure adequate resources are available to meet current and future production demands.
- Provide evidence based recommendations to Studio Operations leadership to support strategic planning, resource forecasting, and long term operational requirements.
- Coordinate pre production readiness reviews for studios, galleries, special events, and major productions.
Other Responsibilities
- Attend operational and management review meetings and present performance findings.
- Maintain and update performance dashboards, reporting tools, and operational data sources.
- Support the development of performance standards, metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Contribute to operational planning, budgeting inputs, and resource forecasting through performance data.
- Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested across Al Jazeera Media Network.
