Overview of Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives through opportunity identification, assessment, prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Lead prioritized transformation initiatives within the assigned operational domain and align them with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with frontline leaders through performance analysis, process redesign, and implementation support.
• Apply structured problem-solving, Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methods to diagnose root causes and develop solutions.
• Coordinate initiatives, define performance measures, and support performance management practices that improve visibility and accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder workshops.
