People Services Coordinator

Managing the administration that supports the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, leave arrangements and offboarding.

Being a first point of contact for People & Capability queries, helping employees and leaders navigate processes and policies.

Coordinating employee onboarding activities, including contracts, background checks and Summit set-up.

Supporting projects, reporting, engagement initiatives, learning programs and cyclical People & Capability activities throughout the year.

Maintaining key People Services processes, documentation and systems while identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

Working across multiple priorities, balancing planned work with the day-to-day requests that naturally come with supporting a growing business.

You take ownership of your work, following tasks through to completion without needing constant direction.

You confidently make decisions within your scope, back your judgement and know when to seek guidance.
