People Partner

You'll be an experienced People and Performance professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working at a strategic level to solve challenging organisational and workforce issues.

Experience operating as a strategic partner to the C-Suite within a complex, multi-site or distributed organisation.

Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategy.

Practical experience leading organisational design, structural changes and end-to-end change management.

A hypothesis-led, data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to diagnose performance constraints and build compelling business cases.

Experience leading, developing and coaching direct reports or consulting teams.

A strong foundation in employee and industrial relations fundamentals.

Familiarity with agile principles, including backlog prioritisation and iterative delivery.

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Influence strategic business outcomes and organisational capability across a national organisation.
